Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and our process for returning items in line with New Zealand consumer law and Google Merchant Center standards.



Your Right to Return

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please note: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.



How to Request a Return

If your return is approved, we will issue a return label (if applicable) and further steps.



Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if your item is damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will cover return shipping in these cases.



Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (unless faulty or not as described):

  • Opened supplements or health products
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items (e.g., creams, oils)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids

If unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.



Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your product, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.



Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and your refund has not arrived, contact us at info@aucklandwellness.co.nz.



Your Rights Under NZ Law

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act. You are entitled to remedies if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose, or do not match the description.



Shipping Policy

At Auckland Wellness Centre, we are committed to delivering your wellness products quickly, safely, and transparently. This shipping policy outlines how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store.

 


Where We Ship

We currently offer shipping to:

  • New Zealand (nationwide)
  • South Korea


Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped from our Auckland clinic.

Within New Zealand

  • Method: Standard Tracked Courier
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping Fee: FREE nationwide

Shipping to South Korea

  • Method: International Air Parcel (Tracked)
  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (customs delays may occur)
  • Shipping Fee: NZD $10.00 flat rate

Order Processing Times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders received after 2:00 pm (NZT) on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will be processed the following business day.


Returns & Damaged Goods

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@aucklandwellness.co.nz with your order number and clear photos.

Return eligibility:

  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging
  • Refunds/exchanges will be processed after inspection
  • Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty or we made an error


Tracking Your Order

You will receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched. You can track your order through the courier’s website.



Tax & Customs

  • All NZ orders include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • For international orders:
  • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country (e.g., Korea).

You may also choose to collect your order from our clinic:

Click & Collect orders are usually ready within 1 business day.
