A practical guide for office managers and operations leads who want to offer on-site care without adding to their workload.
The short version: it is simpler than it looks
Running an on-site chiropractic session at your office takes one quiet room, a shared sign-up and a cadence that suits your team. The clinical side is handled by us; your part is mostly logistics, and it is lighter than most people expect. Here is what each piece involves.
1. Space
A single quiet, private room is enough. A small meeting room or a quiet corner office works well.
- Room for a portable table and two people, with a door that closes for privacy.
- A power point and a chair are useful but not essential.
- We bring the table and equipment; you provide the room and a way for staff to find it.
First visits take about 20 minutes and follow-ups about 10, so a steady flow of staff can be seen across a half or full day.
2. Scheduling
Sessions can run weekly, fortnightly or monthly. We agree a cadence up front and keep it predictable so it becomes part of the workplace rhythm rather than a one-off event. A typical trial runs six sessions over six weeks, with up to twelve staff in a two-hour block. For hybrid or remote-heavy teams, anchoring sessions to a regular in-office day keeps uptake high.
3. Sign-up and communication
A simple internal notice and a shared booking link let staff choose their own slot, which keeps the admin off your plate. Participation is always voluntary. Individual health information stays confidential under the Health Information Privacy Code, and employers only ever see aggregate participation, never individual health details.
A short announcement is usually all it takes, for example: "We are trialling on-site chiropractic care on Wednesdays for the next six weeks. Sessions are free to book, voluntary and confidential. Grab a slot using the link below."
4. What good looks like after six weeks
The trial is a chance to see whether on-site care fits your team before committing further. Light, sensible measures are enough: how many staff took part, how full the sessions were and simple feedback on usefulness. That gives you a clear basis for an internal recommendation, and there is no long-term commitment to begin.
