Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you decide to stop at any point, we will refund your remaining balance. The refund is calculated by deducting the full standard rate ($70 per visit) for sessions already completed, with the balance returned to you. No lock-in, no penalties.

Can I get a refund if I stop treatment early?
Yes. If you decide to stop treatment, your remaining balance will be refunded. We calculate the refund by deducting the full standard price ($70 per session) for each session already used, then return the difference. For example: if you used 10 of the 40 visits, you receive $2,380 minus (10 x $70 = $700) = $1,680 back.
How long do I have to use my visits?
All 40 visits must be used within 12 months of purchase. We recommend booking visits at a pace that suits your treatment plan, typically weekly or fortnightly during active correction phases, then monthly for maintenance.
Can I transfer my care plan to a family member?
Care plans are non-transferable. They are linked to your patient file and personalised treatment plan. Each family member needs their own plan. Please call us on 09 600 1939 if you have special circumstances you would like to discuss.
Can I use my care plan visits for other services?
Care plans cover standard chiropractic follow-up appointments. They do not cover initial consultations, acupuncture, massage, or spinal decompression sessions, which are priced separately. Ask at reception about combined treatment packages.
Do care plans work alongside my ACC claim?
Care plans are for private (non-ACC) chiropractic follow-up visits. If you are currently on an active ACC claim, your ACC surcharge applies per session as normal. Care plans are ideal for patients who have completed their ACC-funded treatment and want to continue with private maintenance care.
What happens if I miss or cancel an appointment?
Missed or cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as a used visit. We ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to preserve your session credit. You can call us on 09 600 1939 or rebook online.
