Our new Milford clinic is at 177B Shakespeare Road, Milford, Auckland 0620, on Auckland's North Shore. We are a short drive from Takapuna, Forrest Hill, Castor Bay and Hauraki, with easy access from East Coast Road and close to Milford Mall and Milford Beach. The 871 and other North Shore bus routes stop nearby on East Coast Road.

Your care team
Dr. Mayyada Mahmoud is our Milford chiropractor for pregnancy and women's health, and consults in English and Arabic. Dr. Ti Hill provides low-force, gentle chiropractic care, including for older patients and anyone nervous about being adjusted. Dr. Boram Kim is a PhD-qualified acupuncturist registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand and an ACC treatment provider, focusing on lower back pain, elbow pain and women's health. Zhiyi Qian is registered with the Chinese Medicine Council of New Zealand across acupuncture, Tuina and Chinese herbal medicine. Dr. Brian Bae practises across both clinics, combining sports chiropractic with posture correction and nutrition guidance. Ada Zhong also consults at Milford, offering acupuncture with cupping and Tuina massage, with a focus on pregnancy and women's health.
