Your 30-minute check begins with a brief discussion about any areas of concern or discomfort.
One of our ACC-registered chiropractors will then assess your posture visually, evaluate your
range of motion through simple movements, and perform gentle spinal palpation to identify areas
of tension or restriction. Findings are explained in plain language, with clear recommendations
on whether further treatment may be beneficial.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?
No special preparation is needed. We recommend wearing or bringing comfortable, loose-fitting
clothing so your practitioner can assess your posture and movement freely. If you have any
recent X-rays or MRI reports relating to your spine, feel free to bring those , but they are
not required.
Is there any obligation after the free check?
Absolutely none. The Free Spinal Check is offered as a genuine, no-strings-attached community
