Auckland Wellness Centre Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Auckland Wellness Centre Gift Cards. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing or redeeming any gift card. By purchasing or using our gift cards, you agree to the following terms.

1. Applicable Services

  • Auckland Wellness Centre Gift Cards can be redeemed for any of the following services at our clinic in Rosedale, Albany, North Shore Auckland:
  • Chiropractic treatments
  • Acupuncture treatments
  • Other wellness services offered by Auckland Wellness Centre (please check specific gift card details).
  • Gift cards are valid only for services provided at Auckland Wellness Centre and cannot be redeemed elsewhere.

2. Purchase and Redemption

  • Gift cards may be purchased online or in person.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly permitted.

3. Validity Period and Expiry

  • Unless otherwise stated, gift cards are valid for [insert validity period, e.g., 12 months] from the date of purchase.
  • After the expiry date, unused gift cards will no longer be valid, and no refunds or replacements will be given.

4. Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

  • Auckland Wellness Centre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced or refunded.

5. ACC and Private Services

  • Gift cards may be used for ACC-covered and private services at Auckland Wellness Centre.
  • ACC treatments do not require a GP referral.

6. Liability and Limitations

  • Auckland Wellness Centre reserves the right to cancel or refuse gift card purchases or redemptions if fraud or misuse is suspected.
  • Gift cards are not transferable unless authorised by Auckland Wellness Centre.

7. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

  • These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
  • Your consumer rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 remain unaffected.
