In 2013, Dr. Jun Chung opened Prime Recovery Clinic in North Shore Auckland with a simple goal: help people move better, heal faster, and live without chronic pain. What started as a small chiropractic and rehabilitation practice has grown into one of the most trusted integrated wellness centres in the region.
2019: Expansion to Rosedale
By 2019, the clinic had outgrown its original premises. We moved to Unit E2, 27 William Pickering Drive in Rosedale, where we still operate today. The new space allowed us to expand into acupuncture, massage therapy, and spinal decompression, all under one roof.
July 2024: Auckland Wellness Centre
In July 2024, we officially rebranded to Auckland Wellness Centre. The name change reflects who we had become: not just a recovery clinic, but a full integrated wellness centre serving North Shore patients across multiple disciplines, languages (English, Korean, Mandarin), and care pathways (ACC and private).
